Cancellation Policy
1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks: I, the Participant, acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, the risks of injury, illness, death, and/or loss of or damage to property. I understand and accept all risks associated with participating in any and all activities arranged, referred, organized, or provided by the Company. 2. Travel Insurance and Health Concerns: I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health, have consulted with a healthcare professional, and possess any required medications and immunizations. I confirm that I will obtain my own travel and health insurance to cover any medical treatment, evacuation, or other additional costs that may arise in connection with any injuries, illnesses, or other risks incurred during the trip. 3. Trip Cancelation In the case of trip cancellation, Kulture Adventures Travel is unable to reimburse the initial payment deposit, or any additional funds already expended. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit towards a future Kulture Adventures Travel trip. Should Kulture Adventures Travel need to cancel a trip due to force majeure, we will offer a full credit of funds paid to a future Kulture Adventures Travel trip. 4. Compliance and Release of Liability: I, the Participant, agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions of the Company, tour guides, and third-party service providers. I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company, its members, managers, agents, representatives, and employees from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained during the trip. 5. Indemnification and Third-Party Activities: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any loss, liability, damage, or costs I may incur due to my participation in the trip, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise. The Company is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any third-party service providers. 7. Passports & Visas I will ensure my passport is current and has an expiration date that extends at a minimum 6 months after the return date for my trip. I acknowledge that this is my responsibility and not that of The Company. 8. Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is a result of an Act of God, war, etc.
